For over 20 years we have provided independent inventories to Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants.  We produce inventories of the highest calibre which are clean, precise and accurate, all of which are integrated with a full reference system.  We also carry out check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections.

 

The inventories we compile provide our clients with a comprehensive description of their property’s condition, along with fixtures, fittings and furnishings.  All this is complied in a full detailed Schedule of Condition (SOC).

 

The Schedule of Condition forms a legal document between the tenant and landlord which protects both parties from any potential conflict at the end tenancy.
